Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia Jack / Tongkat Ali / Malaysian Ginseng / Pasak Bumi) is a bitter tasting herb extracted from the Eurycoma shrub grown in Malaysia and Asia. The Eurycoma Longifolia Jack extract is taken from the roots of the plant.

Subsequent experiments carried out by a team of scientists in the University of Malaysia showed that water-soluble Tongkat Ali extract increased the formation of testosterone and also demonstrated that the water-soluble extract has the ability to increase the sperm concentration, percentage of progressive sperm and the mobility rate. The results obtained suggest that water soluble Tongkat Ali extract could increase the quality and quantity of the sperm, and therefore, possibly increase fertility rates.
